    OFCCP's Contractor Portal (Affirmative Action Plan Certification)

    Federal Contractors are required to certify the status of their Affirmative Action Programs by July 1, 2024. 

    All supply and service federal contractors and subcontractors are required to certify that they have developed and maintained an affirmative action program for each establishment in their organization. The certification period begins on April 1, 2024 and federal contractors need to certify by July 1, 2024.
