The Office of Federal Contractor Compliance Programs (OFCCP) recently released a Corporate Scheduling Announcement List (CSAL) of nearly 1000 federal contractors and subcontractors it intends to audit for compliance with affirmative action regulations. All of the employers included in this list will need to comply with OFCCP’s updated scheduling letter, which was released in August of 2023. This updated scheduling letter represents a significant increase in burden for any contractor establishment that is chosen for review.
