DCI Consulting is excited to offer client-only office hours on the third Thursday of every month from 4:00 to 5:00 pm ET. During these sessions, DCI consultants will lead discussions regarding the most pressing topics that HR, compliance, and compensation professionals face. Additionally, attendees will have opportunities to submit questions to DCI's experts and share best practices with fellow clients.

 In April's Office Hours session, David Cohen and Joanna Colosimo will discuss President Trump's new executive regarding diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts made by federal contractors and the requirements and timelines involved. Additionally, they'll discuss the latest updates regarding the European Union Pay Transparency Directive as the June 7, 2026, implementation deadline draws closer.
