DCI Consulting is excited to offer client-only office hours on the third Thursday of every month from 4:00 to 5:00 pm ET. During these sessions, DCI consultants will lead discussions regarding the most pressing topics that HR, compliance, and compensation professionals face. Additionally, attendees will have opportunities to submit questions to DCI's experts and share best practices with fellow clients.

In this session, David Cohen and Joanna Colosimo will discuss recent EEOC matters regarding demographic data collection and psychological assessments, as well as a new solution for Executive Order 14398 compliance.
