Federal contractors and subcontractors subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans’ Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA) must comply with requirements such as prohibiting discrimination against protected veterans and taking affirmative action to recruit, hire, promote, and retain these individuals.
